Grrr...

Grrr...

Postby mouserpg88 on Thu Jul 07, 2005 9:44 am

My sister finally came back from "getting help". Now she's suddenly engaged to a man who got her pregnant, a man who was supposed to be helping her. This is upsetting. When I went over to her house, they talked with me. I talked to them about Jesus, and how they needed to repent, etc... since it didn't seem to get through her head the first 10,000 (exaggerating) times.

but...

...They said weird things... something about spirits bothering them and trying to get them to faint or throwing stuff at them. I'm afraid she got into something like witchcraft. She seemed pretty ashamed and afraid when I talked to her, and begged me to stay at her house for a little while. I don't know what's going on, but this is some freaky stuff.

She also said her ex-boyfriend molested her daughter.

My first reaction was to go to his house and beat him up in front of his family, but the Lord was trying to tell me not to do that. I'm gonna try to listen to the Lord.

Please pray for all involved, that they will be saved. Please pray I don't give in to my anger and start hurting people.
Lord, this situation needs your solutions...These people need your grace, your forgiveness, your protection...Please water the seeds planted , please protect the child from any further attacks, help her heal, and help her mother know what to do, and have the strength to do it.

Help our brother in Christ to put this in your hands, and give him wisdom and boldness to say and do what you would have him do. We know that the anger of man does not produce the righteousness of God, and that you have said vengeance belongs to you, Lord.

Lord, use this situation to be glorified, as it becomes clear that you are working in it and becoming their answer. I pray that all involved would be drawn to you...

Thank you Lord, that we can come to you in faith and boldness, thank you for your promises, and your love. Comfort mouser, and hold him up. In Jesus' name, amen.

~~~~~~~~~~~~
