I never responded to this thread because I thought mine was pretty self explanatory too, but you guys were having so much fun in here I thought I'd join in. AND maybe someone who doesn't know our Jesus would read this.
I don't intend to sound so terribly pious but Looking4acity is what I do. Every day. I learned a long time ago that this place is not my home

Quote:
" For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God.........these all died in faith, not having received the promise, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth. For they that say such things declare plainly that they seek a country. And truly, if they had been mindful of that country from whence they came out, they might have had opportunity to have returned. But now they desire a better country, that is, an heavenly: wherefore God is not ashamed to be called their God; for he hath prepared for them a city."

Hebrews 11:10,13-16. I like that. God's Word is awesome.
Do you know my Jesus?
Honestly I'm not a stick in the mud though (or bonkers)! I have a busy life that keeps me down to earth. I homeschool 2 daughters and we travel with my husband when he works out of town. We just pack up and go! *Someday* I'm gonna "go" and NOT have to pack! hehe!
