فَأَجْعَلَ مِنْكَ أُمَّةً كَبِيرَةً وَأُبَارِكَكَ وَأُعَظِّمَ اسْمَكَ، وَتَكُونَ بَرَكَةً (لِكَثِيرِينَ).
َأُبَارِكُ مُبَارِكِيكَ وَأَلْعَنُ لاعِنِيكَ، وَتَتَبَارَكُ فِيكَ جَمِيعُ أُمَمِ الأَرْضِ »

I now recall this was one sign this was a scam, used as a Trojan Horse:

They were talkign about how the fraud was quanitifed and known for years. It sounds very appealing, but on second thought makes no sense at all. Why does it take a new law to show a real, no-kidding-this-time intent to go after fraud?
