Hi Lisa. Basically, the short of it, Neb's statue is a list of empires ending with two legs and two feet, ending at ten toes which we believe to be the final kingdom. From a historical perspective we have seen the western and eastern Roman empire as the two legs. But with one foot in the east, now the muslim world, it may be something else. There is a lot of discussion about the EU, and a lot of discussion about the Muslim activities. I am suggesting there may be something to a final formation of five toes on each foot being an eastern muslim alliance working together with an EU alliance. Thus Israel is completely surrounded by a growing anti Semitic two faceted alliance. Europe, the ME and north African nations working together at first for security and prosperity, with ten kings or offices of semi official authority, no kingdom, until the king of fierce countenance arrives on the scene later. Then we have to wonder if the US is part of the western foot, which seems likely through NATO and other economic institutions. Then another question, does the little horn show up in the east or the west ?

I've been thinking about this for some time. As I study and easily find the islamic side something has been sticking in my mind. Trying to be wary of being deceived, even by myself, I have looked for an answer to that nagging question, what else then. I've been buried in the details but when I step back to take a more simplified look, this is what appears as a possibility.

Any thoughts anyone ?

Did any of you notice in the article mention of including all 8 Arab kingdoms? While I tend to drift towards an EU-antichrist, I do find it interesting that this new Middle Eastern Union could literally be composed of 8 actual kings. Throw in 2 more kingdoms from somewhere else... perhaps dictatorships in Libya and Egypt, and you have 10 kings in fulfillment of Revelation 17:12. Wouldn't that be an amazing fulfillment if the ten horns were literally 10 kings, and not just pseudo kings like presidents?

Here's some more scary what-if scenario. Imagine the union grows to 10 kings. Imagine Obama loses the election. Imagine the group offering him the leadership role. Remember a couple years back when there was a headline to the effect that some Muslim clerics asked Obama to be the leader of the Muslim world? Some of us questioned why would some muslim clerics express a desire for a "christian" to be their leader? Anyway, just some conspiracy fuel for some nightmares. Maranatha!!

If this truly comes to pass into reality...and becomes some kind of "Muslim Union" against Israel...THIS is the sign I have been looking for next...once this happens...I will then be looking for the al-Mahdi next...then it will be countdown time to a "Covenanat with Death" between Israel and al-Mahdi. We will just have to see, Tevye. More confirmed data must be reported before this become biblically exciting for me. BUT...I am not discounting this either...it definitely is interesting and bears watching for converging factors. I am not ready to say "this is it!" just yet. But thank you for posting this and let's see if the TV broadcast news outlets start reporting on this as well.
