Here's a question for the ladies here...
Hubby and I just saw the woman read her accusation to the cameras. Hubby brought to my attention one thing that really bothers him...in fact it destroyed any credibility she might have had. I was proud of him for being intuitive enough to pick up on it, even though he is a man.
A paraphrase from this woman's readings...
She told Cain, "This is not what I am here for."
He responded, "Do you want the job?"
She said, "Stop." He stopped.
She said," Drive me back to my hotel." He drove her back.
Hubby says, if, during a business meeting, a man reached inside your clothing and touched your genitals, unexpectedly and uninvited, what would you do? Get the heck out of the car? Or stay in the car and tell him to drive you to your hotel room?
I had to deal with a lot of harassment during my career in a field where there were almost no women. I can assure you, at a moment like that the "fight or flight" adrenaline kicks in. I would have been out of that car in a flash, and running.
Ladies, your thoughts?
