Unreported News, Commentary, Resources and Discussion of Bible Prophecy
Nothing in scripture gives a hint that the AC would be a background character. He will be a proud blasphemer, possessed of great power and greater ambition. The question I have always had about JS as AC is that he is such a bureaucrat. He seems very much the brilliant background guy, who is a preparer and fixer, rather than the sort of arrogant and charismatic leader scripture describes the AC to be.
Certainly BHO is probably tied in with many powerful behind-the-scenes figures that heavily influence him. JS may be one. But I have not seen anything to indicate that he will "follow orders" well nor has any constraint on his vision. Just yesterday, he stated to Republicans "No you can not have the keys back!" Election year rhetoric, or a harbinger of a power grab?

he is naturally "anti" if you just sit back and look at the agenda he is causing to happen. He is truly the spokesperson who culminates the work of many, and his charisma is beyond beyond, you know? If there is one who steps on the scene after him that is even more charismatic and effective than him, I can only imagine.....but his actions and him in general......he has put together......orchestrated........or is representative of.......the perfect storm.

New International Version (©1984)
He will show no regard for the gods of his fathers or for the one desired by women, nor will he regard any god, but will exalt himself above them all.
