Wow. I own a red car. I`m allergic to shrimp. and I LOVE the color purple. Instead of a sun-shiney blue sky, sometimes I like to paint stormy , purple skies, in my landscape paintings. And I bought a new suit on clearance 2 weeks ago, that was purple.

False. I was never very good at skiing and now that I have a bad knee in my old (well... 33) age, it's off the table most likely.

The next poster has wrestled an alligator before.
(Updated!) - Please pray for me - I very much need it

Also, (on a completely unrelated note to the prayer request) am I the only one annoyed with people labeling others as "false teachers" or "heretics" because they disagree with your timeline of events when according to Peter, even the prophets themselves didn't completely understand what they were writing? Debate is fine (and even fruitful at times), but let's save those labels for those who truly are false teachers and heretics (and in this day and age, there are plenty to choose from). As long as someone believes in a literal, future return of Christ, I'm fine with them.

:yield: I did.....

This is a good place for me to say that I have beat myself up all day for "fussing" at others on FP about battering those who are making preparations/storing items/etc....

I lamented that I hoped the thread wasn't going to turn into another bashing thread as others had no way of knowing whether or not it was God who put it in our hearts!

Days have passed, and my choice to refrain from complaining at another's view (when I did so at an earlier time) was the right choice. We are told to test ...who am I to shut the process down?

I was wrong.....again!

Can't really say that I am. It's like springtime here in South Florida right now -- butterflies, flowers, vegetable gardens. But feel free to ask me the same question in about a month.

The next poster sometimes feels like we really are in some sort of "matrix" and that true believers in Jesus Christ are the ones who are "unplugged" from this world's system and really know what's going on.

Well you have that right! But I think all American Christians have that "How did I end up in the land of the zombies?" feeling right now.

Night of the Living Dead........actually that has a creepy parallel, doesn't it?

Matrix is a good way to put it. Sometimes I tell people it is as if I have been away on a rocket ship and somehow landed on the wrong planet. It looks like America, but.....

So that was a pretty safe prediction!

Let's see, the next poster will be somebody new to the board who stumbles across this by accident while browsing in the middle of the night just like me....except I'm an old timer.
