SO IS IT SOLANA OR OBAMA?

Remember that God’s ways are both perfect, and mysterious. I can not recall any prophecy of the Messiah and End Times which has transpired exactly as people have expected. Yet, each time, the fulfillment is both perfect, and surprising. So then should we not look for the AC? No, I think we just have to keep our minds open, and put the puzzle together slowly.

The mainstream eschatologists expect a European Antichrist (AC). The man of the hour is of course Javier Solana. But I have to disagree. He is a fairly frail and uninspiring man, a fixer who might be preparing that famous 666 seat for someone else. Moreover, the EU does not look like a dominating world power. The EU wallows in the mediocrity of being militarily weak and pacifist. It is a second-rate power, beset by socialism, and being inundated by a Muslim tide. Well then, any other candidates?

Many of us look for a Muslim AC from the Middle East. I believe that is much closer to the truth. Walid Shoebat and Joel Richardson explain why in God’s War on Terror. Not least is the fact that the Bible calls him the “Assyrian.” But the Bible also calls him “Pharaoh” and also associates him with Babylon. Accordingly, there is indeed an argument he will be from the Middle East, but these different names may mean something more generic. Rather, I believe he could easily be someone whom the Middle Easterners revere and follow, though he is not Middle Eastern; specifically, I mean a great Muslim.

Now, who would Middle Eastern Muslims follow who was not a Middle Easterner, since the Arabic and Persian Muslims are famously chauvinistic? Well, first, since it is clear he will strike a deal between Arab and Jew, he will have to be someone Arab, Persian, and Jew all trust. Critically, it is someone the Arabs trust, because of what he says to them. This someone will have to convince them to let the Jews build a Temple, which he will then promise to desecrate. It will likely be on the Temple Mount. Still, how on earth would they allow it?

Remember the Muslim doctrine of takiya, or lying to gain leverage until the time of conquest over the infidel. This person will have to not only win the trust of the Jews, but the Temple issue is so difficult that Muslims must also believe he is their messiah, the Mahdi. Only he, I believe could be so powerful and compelling so as to convince them to allow the unallowable – a Jewish Temple on the Mount.

Even the Mahdi though, in my view, can only do this by invoking takiya; i.e., letting the Muslims know he, within seven years, will destroy the Jews, then turn their Temple into a beautiful mosque. Is such a conversion of a Jewish building possible? Yes; all over Europe churches and old synagogues are becoming mosques, and from the beginning of Islam, this has been the case. Witness the beautiful central church in Constantinople, the Hagia Sophia. It became the Muslim central mosque when Constantinople became Istanbul after the Muslim Ottomans conquered it.

Now Joel Richardson (very reasonably) thinks the AC will be Turkish, because the Jews see Turkey as the only trustworthy Muslim country. Yes, this is quite possible. The wrench in the works, though, is that Turkey is steadily becoming more anti-Jewish and radical Islamic. Would the Jews trust that? It is debatable.

Well, who would the Jews in Israel trust then? The answer may lie in another place, where most of the Jewish population not living in Israel lives: the United States. As usual, the Jewish vote in the U.S. is nearly all for the Democratic Party candidate, who this time is Barack Hussein Obama (BHO).

They really like him. He is a luke warm “Christian” by profession, which makes the Jews comfortable, as many, if not most, do not care for evangelical Christians. Moreover he is a social liberal, who closely tracks with the prevailing liberal views among most Israelis. But where is the Muslim connection, and how could he be the AC?

The Muslim connection is that both his father and step father were Muslim. It seems quite possible BHO was not born in Hawaii, as claimed, but in Kenya, with his father’s Muslim family. The BHO people have refused to turn over his original birth certificate, which is currently the object of a federal law suit. Why not? Why not just produce it and make the embarrassing law suit go away? Perhaps because the Hawaiian certificate would be clearly a forgery. Now, once he is President, then he will be able to put that issue to bed one way or the other, considering he will be the most powerful man in the world.

Consider also that his roommates in college were Muslim, and he followed them to that Islamist hot bed of Pakistan, for a “vacation.” (And with whose money, since he was supposed to be so poor?) Until he went on vacation, he was “Barry.” After he came back, he was “Barack.”

Barack in Arabic means “blessed.” Barack Obama was originally named “Baraka.” It is not an African name. It's an Arabic word meaning “blessed” and comes directly from the Koran. (Hussein is the name of Mohammed’s grandchild, and means “handsome or lovely one”, and Obama in Swahili – an Arabic derivative name from the days of slave traders populating the area – means “bent or crooked one.”)

There is more. As a sitting senator, he campaigned vigorously for his second cousin, Odinga, in Kenya. Odinga is a radical Islamist, who has lead violent attacks against the Christian tribes in Kenya, after seizing power (he lost that election Obama participated in). Until this violent man of Obama’s clan came along, Kenya had been an island of tranquility in a sea of African violence. No more.

Obama’s money man and mentor in Chicago is a Muslim, and in his biography BHO said if things got ugly in America against Muslims, he would side with them. Again and again, we see that Obama is partial to Islam, though the media strains mightily to hide it. There is even contested evidence that he speaks Arabic.

Now then, could a Muslim be such a closet believer? Yes, such duplicity as this is a mainstream belief in Islam, so long as it is necessary and for Allah’s glory. Would not the chance of becoming the most powerful man in the world be a fine reason to hide his religion?

And so if you have a closet Muslim become President, what does he inherit vis-à-vis the Mideast? First, he inherits from President Bush a major troop presence in Iraq, and a stunningly massive “embassy” complex in Baghdad. The “embassy” tells me we have big, long range plans in this place, a place which any troop who has been there will tell you is an unappealing, sweltering h---hole. But as a base of Mideast power, for launching a “peacekeeping” corps into Palestine, and for controlling the Euphrates, the prophetic gate to Israel, it is excellent

But what about Israel? He would also inherit a very mature “peace process” and an Israel nearly desperate to finally stop the tension and warfare. This is especially true if the peace maker could prevail on those Muslim messiah-philes in Iran to be nice. The Israelis must worry constantly of Iranian nukes. Who, they ask, will teach the Muslims peace? How about a charismatic, liberal American President, who has the world at his feet, and for some unexplainable reason, had most all Muslim leaders acclaim him right after he had a closed-door meeting with them in Turkey?

Next there is the matter of the second Abomination which causes Desolation (AOD), which Jesus indicated would be the clear signal of who the AC will be. Recall in Revelation 2:13 that the provincial city of Pergamum is called the “seat, or throne, of Satan.” That phrase seems odd there, almost a non sequiter. But perhaps God was providing an acid test of the AC for us.

Pergamum was famous for its Temple to Zeus. Christian scholars of Greek mythology believe Zeus is an “analog”, or another name, for Satan. This temple was the foremost temple to Zeus in the former Greek empire, and built by the local king, Eumenes II. Eumenes was a mentor to none other than Antiochus IV Epiphanes; yes, the very Seleucid king who committed the first AOD by erecting a statue of Zeus in the Temple and slaying a pig on the alter in honor of . . . Zeus.

Antiochus was the son of the Seleucid king defeated by the Romans as their empire spread to the Mideast. He was a Parthian (Iranian), and ambitious. After his father’s defeat, being an opportunist, Antiochus went to Rome, seeking permission to take his father's throne. The area he wanted to rule included Jerusalem. Yet the Roman Senate did not trust him, and said no.

But Antiochus was not so easily deterred, and went to Pergamum to bide his time. There he met Eumenes, who was building his soon-to-be famous Temple to Zeus. Eumenes became Antiochus’ sponsor, as Antiochus built his influence and power, until the Roman Senate relented and made him Seleucid king of the Syrian area. While in Pergamum Antiochus no doubt worshipped often at the Zeus temple. He was known for his zealous evangelism for Zeus worship, and who knows what spiritual infestation occurred there?

He was not only a worshiper of the Zeus cult, but a brutal man, who so enraged the Jews, that they rebelled. He defeated them temporarily, and during that time, committed the AOD.

Fast forward about 2000 years. The German archeologists are in Pergamum. They approach the Muslim Ottoman rulers with a proposal to buy this old pagan temple to Zeus, and move it to Berlin. As we know, Muslims are not fans of any culture but Islam, and quickly assented. Thus the German spirited (sorry) the entire temple to Berlin, where they built a massive museum in the 1880’s, restored the Temple and rebuilt it right in the museum. It became quite famous and an icon of Greek architecture, recognized by educated people around the world.

Fast forward again about 50 years. A young Austrian art aficionado named Adolph Hitler must have been especially enamored of it. Or at least his first propaganda minister (when Hitler gained power), Albert Speer, was. Because he and Hitler determined to put on the most grandiose political theater in history, and the Temple played a central role. What followed were the infamous Nuremburg speeches, which were immortalized in the propaganda film “Triumph of the Will.”

Hitler gave a series of mesmerizing speeches to the assembled masses. It was a coming out party of a sort, where the world realized this was no ordinary politician. He seemed imbued with an almost hypnotic ability to say nothing in particular, but in a way which enraptured the youth. And he did it while speaking from a replica of Berlin’s most famous ancient museum piece: The Temple of Pergamum, aka The Temple of Zeus, aka The Throne of Satan.

Startlingly, Hitler was both a fanatical hater of Jews, and an ardent admirer of Islam. He felt Islam had a wonderful martial air to it, and rued the day that Charles Martel and General Sobieski, about 1000 years apart, twice stopped the Muslims from over running Europe. He felt the Arabs were clearly inferior to the Germanic peoples, and that, if the Germanic/Aryan people could have been marinated in Islam, they would have been much stronger, and so Islam would have been stronger.

By the way, Hitler’s special guest in Berlin throughout WWII was the Mufti of Jerusalem, who shared Hitler’s loathing of the Jews, and later nurtured a young Palestinian who came to call himself Yasser Arafat.

Fast forward about another 75 years. Another fascinating and charismatic young politician, who mesmerizes huge German crowds with rousing speeches, is in Berlin. His name is Barack Hussein Obama. Obama does something no American Presidential candidate has ever done, which is give major foreign policy speeches abroad. His largest, most triumphant speech is in Berlin where adoring youthful crowds, representing much of Europe, listen raptly as he says, well, nothing. But he does it so well.

So did BHO visit the Museum of the Temple of Pergamum in Berlin while he was there? Presumably he did. As his hosts showed off their city, surly they must have taken him to their famous museum. Did he see it? If so, did he receive any spiritual signals, or any power, or any anointing from the Throne of Satan, like perhaps Hitler and Antiochus before him? We do not know.

What we do know was that BHO, came back to nail down the Democratic nomination for President in Denver, Colorado. There he made a bold, or some said arrogant, decision to accept his party’s nomination in a massive football stadium, hoping to fill it with up with 100,000 fans. The numbers were unprecedented for an American political speech, except for him. This young rock star politician seemed able to conjure up crowds that size at will.

However, even his staunch supporters felt uneasy that the stage he demanded to speak from was rather un-American and pretentious. He wanted to give a speech from a replica of a Greek building! Jokes about him wearing a toga ensued, but he pressed on.

As photos of its construction were spread around the Internet, a Christian author and blogger named Joel Richardson gained some instant notoriety across the Internet by demonstrating that this building was a dead ringer for the Temple at Pergamum. The BHO people made some weak excuses that it represented the U.S. capitol and White House West Wing combined. But expert scholars agreed with Richardson; it was a replica of the Temple of Pergamum.

So, curiously, Obama chose to deliver his rousing political coming-out speech to the assembled, mostly youthful, masses from a replica of the Throne of Satan, just like Hitler had done many decades ago. Of course the oblivious U.S. media had no idea, and wrote Richardson off as a nut, as their hero – a man certain people across the United States were openly calling a messiah – hurtled toward his date with destiny.

I agree that the fulfillments of scripture, as shown in the Bible, are rarely at all the way people expect them. I agree that the EU leaders are ho-hum on the world scene. Obama seems to have the attention of the whole world. It's going to be interesting to see how this all plays out. Food for thought. When considering who the Antichrist is, I keep in mind what Herb said. Although he never said Solana was the Antichrist, he did mention something that keeps me going right back to the facts. Herb mentioned the "roadsigns".

So far, no matter what theories, or ideas one might have about who the Antichrist is, the evidence, or "roadsigns" still points to one man in my opinion. And that's Solana.

Reasons 1-2 and 4-7 can describe just about any politician or any regular person for that matter.
Reason 3... who is the god of his fathers? Allah? If he is still a muslim as some suspect, then reason 3 is null.
Reason 8 ...is that how we are supposed to calculate 666? Three separate 6's? The name has to total up to Six Hundred and Sixty Six. 18 does not equal 666.
Reason 9... muslim maybe, but the prophecy does not say muslim. Assyrian? Do we have any proof of that? Muslim does not necessarily mean Assyrian.

Sorry, I'm not trying to jump on you. It's just that these reasons look a little flimsy. That's all.

Is Barack Obama the "promised warrior" coming to help the Hidden Imam of Shiite Muslims conquer the world?

The question has made the rounds in Iran since last month, when a pro-government Web site published a Hadith (or tradition) from a Shiite text of the 17th century. The tradition comes from Bahar al-Anvar (meaning Oceans of Light) by Mullah Majlisi, a magnum opus in 132 volumes and the basis of modern Shiite Islam.

According to the tradition, Imam Ali Ibn Abi-Talib (the prophet's cousin and son-in-law) prophesied that at the End of Times and just before the return of the Mahdi, the Ultimate Saviour, a "tall black man will assume the reins of government in the West." Commanding "the strongest army on earth," the new ruler in the West will carry "a clear sign" from the third imam, whose name was Hussein Ibn Ali. The tradition concludes: "Shiites should have no doubt that he is with us."

In a curious coincidence Obama's first and second names--Barack Hussein--mean "the blessing of Hussein" in Arabic and Persian. His family name, Obama, written in the Persian alphabet, reads O Ba Ma, which means "he is with us," the magic formula in Majlisi's tradition.

Mystical reasons aside, the Khomeinist establishment sees Obama's rise as another sign of the West's decline and the triumph of Islam. Obama's promise to seek unconditional talks with the Islamic Republic is cited as a sign that the U.S. is ready to admit defeat. Obama's position could mean abandoning three resolutions passed by the United Nations Security Council setting conditions that Iran should meet to avoid sanctions. Seeking unconditional talks with the Khomeinists also means an admission of moral equivalence between the U.S. and the Islamic Republic. It would imply an end to the description by the U.S. of the regime as a "systematic violator of human rights."

Obama has abandoned claims by all U.S. administrations in the past 30 years that Iran is "a state sponsor of terrorism." Instead, he uses the term "violent groups" to describe Iran-financed outfits such as Hamas and Hezbollah.

Obama has also promised to attend a summit of the Organization of the Islamic Conference within the first 100 days of his presidency. Such a move would please the mullahs, who have always demanded that Islam be treated differently, and that Muslim nations act as a bloc in dealings with Infidel nations.

Obama's election would boost President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's chances of winning a second term next June. Ahmadinejad's entourage claim that his "steadfastness in resisting the American Great Satan" was a factor in helping Obama defeat "hardliners" such as Hillary Clinton and, later, it hopes, John McCain.

"President Ahmadinejad has taught Americans a lesson," says Hassan Abbasi, a "strategic adviser" to the Iranian president. "This is why they are now choosing someone who understands Iran's power." The Iranian leader's entourage also point out that Obama copied his campaign slogan "Yes, We Can" from Ahmadinejad's "We Can," used four years ago.

A number of Khomeinist officials have indicated their preference for Obama over McCain, who is regarded as an "enemy of Islam." A Foreign Ministry spokesman says Iran does not wish to dictate the choice of the Americans but finds Obama "a better choice for everyone." Ali Larijani, Speaker of the Islamic Majlis, Iran's ersatz parliament, has gone further by saying the Islamic Republic "prefers to see Barack Obama in the White House" next year.

Tehran's penchant for Obama, reflected in the official media, increased when the Illinois senator chose Joseph Biden as his vice-presidential running mate. Biden was an early supporter of the Khomeinist revolution in 1978-1979 and, for the past 30 years, has been a consistent advocate of recognizing the Islamic Republic as a regional power. He has close ties with Khomeinist lobbyists in the U.S. and has always voted against sanctions on Iran.

There are a few passages in the Bible regarding the A/C though that do not seem to match a President of the United States as the A/C. I'm not saying they 'can't' be speaking of this; however, it seems unlikely....

1) The A/C appears to be so heavily allied with the 10 horns / kingdoms that he will actually come from among them...


Daniel 7:7. After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns.

While it is surely possible that the 10 kings (such as the WEU?) would share their power and give their strength to the President of the U.S., it seems more likely this power would be given to the 'president' or ruler of the 10, such as a Mr. Europe or a 'President''like position over Europe.

2) The second set of passages that seem to indicate the A/C will spend much, much 'personal' time in the Israel, seemingly located there (with permanence) and appears to even 'possibly' be present during the Battle of Armageddon... again, this is not a place or role that one would 'typically' see the President of the United States filling.

Daniel 11:

40. And at the time of the end shall the king of the south push at him: and the king of the north shall come against him like a whirlwind, with chariots, and with horsemen, and with many ships; and he shall enter into the countries, and shall overflow and pass over.

With that said, I can definitely see the President of the United States, perhaps also England, Canada, and Australia, being referenced in this passage...essentially not lifting a finger to help Israel...but likely coming up with some nice, flowery words to condemn (via a U.N. Resolution, for example), condemning the attack in Israel...

My theory has always been that the A/C will either be homosexual or born of some sort of a virgin birth, test-tube etc..,. Satan's Son Of Lawlessness will mimick Jesus to the last detail. The mainstream eschatologists expect a European Antichrist (AC). The man of the hour is of course Javier Solana. But I have to disagree. He is a fairly frail and uninspiring man, a fixer who might be preparing that famous 666 seat for someone else. Moreover, the EU does not look like a dominating world power. The EU wallows in the mediocrity of being militarily weak and pacifist. It is a second-rate power, beset by socialism, and being inundated by a Muslim tide. Well then, any other candidates?

Ok, I am sure that this actually might get this thread moved to the debate area, but I need some proof that the desire of women (jewish) or otherwise was to give birth to the messiah.

In doing a little research I came up with two different versions of this scripture one in the NIV and one in the KJV. But both seem to point to either some sort of unnatural lust, having no need for compassion, one text even hints at the possibility of barbarism, since barbarians are usually thought of as cruel, cold, and heartless. The opposites of these are usually emotions that a woman exhibits, and most men learn from their mothers.

I believe that it has something to do with the complete and utter disregard for women and this could be displayed in many aspects of this particular person's lifestyle, or up-bringing.

As to Final Trumpet's comments, From my POV Homosexuality is not new and it is not something that only happens in our current system or society. It has been around for a very long time. My views are not really blinded by my perception of or the concept of homosexuality. I think that if we really consider homosexuality to be an "abomonation" then it would be at least prudent to consider it in this context. The "son of lawlessness" will have all kinds of views and lusts that will be un-Godly.

On one other note, I also do not believe that the A/C will be dark skinned. Unless Jesus was.

Perhaps something else to consider, there may be more than one end time leader that attacks Israel. A case can be made that there are 2 endtime major leaders, Gog and the AC. Scripture does point out similarities between the 2 but also significant differences that cannot be resolved, Gog is killed and buried in a mass grave while the AC is captured and cast alive into the Lake of Fire.

And it is Gog that is associated with the muslims, Gog leads a limited group of mainly muslim nations against Israel while the AC gathers all the nations of the world against Jerusalem. Also the actions of the AC described in Dan 11 (setting himself over all gods, including allah, not knowing the god of forces) would be inconsistent with him being a muslim.

We may be witnessing the rise of Gog rather than the AC. Because Gog appears to arrive on the world scene prior to the AC, Gog may appear to be the AC, which may be Satan's intention in order to decieve. When Gog is killed, it may be assumed that the AC has been disposed of and the one that follows could be more readily accepted. And if Gog is used by Satan, Gog may have many charateristics similar to those of the AC to further the deception.

We need to be aware that there is the possibilty that there may be more than one individual that appears to be 'the one'.

Back from a lovely trip north of Santa Barbara. California's government and common culture can be loathsome, but the state’s geography is a magnificent example of the LORD's creative work!

Anyway, as to Obama's "meeting" with Muslim leaders in my post, I did it a one sitting, since we were heading off on our trip, so the editing is weak. The meeting is postulated; i.e., a projected future event to illustrate the possibilities. Sorry for that segue issue.

As to the "desire of women," another POV is from Shoebat, who believes this points to the Muslim nature of the AC. His view is that Islam has always diminished the role of women, much more so than one would have found even in Jewish culture at the time Jesus began his ministry.

A remarkable thing of Jesus' ministry, and Paul after him, was the prominent role women had. It was never radical for the time, but it was prominent and unusual. Conversely, in Islam women are held legally and culturally in a very low position, and would never play such a role in Islam when Mo was around, or today. No Proverbs 31 wife for them!

Additionally, Mohammed's movement was both young and failing when he had another "revelation" that Allah would bless the efforts of the Muslim warriors with the right of pillage and rape. Soon after the Muslim movement exploded in size, and the rest is history.

Islam is at pains to declare infidels generally, and infidel women particularly, as outside legal protections in jihad. Indeed, a repeated theme from Islamists is that Western women deserve rape because they dress provocatively.

In sum, this may be another insight into how and why the A/C may be seen to not regard women.

Now as to whether Obama would quickly render the U.S. impotent, remember the U.S. is a colossus, bestride the world, about whose legs lesser countries cower (sorry Mr. Shakespeare). Our GDP is short of $15 trillion a year. The next closest country is Japan, at about $4 trillion a year. Similarly, our military is far, far stronger and more modern than even the second best. We stand alone. Even in a world depression, we would relatively be over powering.

If Obama is The One (but not the one his supporters think he is), and if he is a closet Muslim, he may stay closeted for a while, so he can keep his base of power and international good will, and use our troops for his purposes.

Now I am in the camp which believes Gog and the AC are the same. There are cogent arguments on both sides. However, I will note as an aside to the "thrown alive into the Lake of Fire" argument, my counter point is that it seems everyone gets a resurrected body. It is just that some are with the Lord forever, and others cast into the Lake of Fire. Why can't the AC be both killed, and cast into the Lake with a resurrected body? Anyway, that is not the point here.

One final point. This is all with the back drop that we are all well aware of: If we are chronologically where most of us believe, at some point fairly soon it seems explicitly supernaturally events would have to have to start happening. For instance, when do the two witnesses show, or when would catastrophic events of truly world-shaking proportion occur? If that were to suddenly begin, then the dynamics of the debate of who the AC is, the opportunity to debate it, and the consequences of debating it, might all change quite rapidly. So it is important to frankly consider all these things, as that opportunity may be gone before we know it.

The time to debate these things definately is running short.

That book is Isaiah. Christian scholars would agree, that much of the New Testament refers directly to passages of Isaiah's poetry.

In the verses of Isaiah that refer directly to “Lucifer” in King James translations of Isaiah, sure enough, BAMA (Strongs Hebrew word 1116) is used to refer to the “Heights” of Heaven (Isaiah 14:14)!

This is probably a Greek phonetic usage of the Hebrew word. Like Satan is Hebrew and translated phonetically as a Hebrew word, it seems pesouta, a Hebrew word, was not correctly translated, since a Greek word NOT IN THE GREEK TEXT for “fall” is credited by scholars as being in the Satan is Barack (Lightning) verse.

The Hebrew root of pesouta is a word normally used to refer to a “transgression” or a sin.

Pesa (Strongs Hebrew word 6588) refers to a revolt, rebellion or sin, a “transgression”. This is the exact concept normally associated with “Satan” in Christian theology.

So, Luke 10:18 is correctly translated as;

“Satan is like Lightning (Barack) and the Highest (Bama) heavenly rebellion/sin/transgression!!

While Christians consider “Sin” a humanly “fall” from Grace, the Greek word for a “fall” is not used in Luke 10:18.

The Essenic concept of a Great War in Heaven between the Sons of God was written about in Essenic literature that is not part of traditional Bibles now. However, their poetic prose about the “Great Battle” between the Sons of Light and the Sons of Darkness were rediscovered not long before Barack was born! That discovery was the Dead Sea Scrolls!

Salty had tp remove some "salty" language from the post. Suffice is to say the four letter word has to do with excreting fluids. I am not sure what this has to do with the author's big picture. I mean, does if have to do with the Wailing Wall? I will try looking into it.

I was surprised to find this whole post as a Google match. Makes me a bit nervous, as word is Obama already has people scrubbing the Internet for references to him. He would have some tremendous resources, if elected, to come against those who oppose him -- perhaps not all legal. For instance, the Clintons, who seem to have been completely exposed as small time compared to BHO's world-wide machine, were known to use the IRS to punish prominent foes. I believe the message of what happened to Joe the Plumber is that BHO may go after anyone that questions him. Not paranoid, just watching.

Interesting thoughts in the OP, but I think it is more likely Obama would lead America into following the AC rather than actually being the AC.

...and Obama could be the False Prophet. Or the actual AC. It's hard to fathom ANYONE coming on the scene zooming to wild, insane popularity faster than Obama has...but of course, we ain't seen nothin' yet!

Personally, I think the the AC has been alive among us. If I was alive back in 1948, I would of said he was alive then as well. I think that since Satan has no more insight as to when God will start Daniel's 70th wk, that he must keep a AC figure ready in the wings. So, could it be Obama or Solana? Of course. But if the timing is off, then it'll be someone else. Satan, I'm sure, is always at the ready, waiting, waiting, for God to kick it off. We should be even more diligent than he, as children of God. Thank goodness for boards like this!

It's not the person of the AC that interests me insomuch as Satan's use of him. Anyone of a number of people would make good servants to the prince of deception. Including the 2 previously mentioned.
