I recently read Supernatural ways of royalty by Johnson & Valloton. it was a good read all in all, but I sensed traces of some new apostolic ideas in the course of it.

Was wondering if you were familiar with this work and had any thoughts on its contents or authors...

I haven't read that book and don't know much about Johnson or the other person you mentioned. However, I just scanned their church Web site and noticed they sell books by Todd Bentley, Bob Jones, Lou Engle and other new apostolic "apostles" and "prophets" whose teachings I believe are very troubling. So, at the least, I would be concerned about Johnson's lack of doctrinal discernment. Hope this helps!

I got through most of the book thinking it was really quite good, but I just noticed a few things started to sound like musings of those who you have mentioned in your blog entries...
