Thanks Laura. I failed to see that verse. but how do you correlate Daniel 12:11 to Revelation 11? Dan. 12:11 says the daily sacrifice is taken away and the Abomination of Desolation is set up. Then it says there shall be 1,290 days. I assume this means 1,290 days until the Christ's return. If so, what does Dan. 12:12 mean when it says "Blessed is he who waits, and comes to the 1,335 days." To me this is a tricky part of the puzzle. Don't get me wrong, I believe every word in the bible, but I don't see where this fits. Can you make it clear for me? Does this indicate a pre-wrath rapture?
Thanks,
Jim.

IMO, Jim, I think this refers to the wrath.
If you notice when the two witnesses are resurrected, it appears that the full wrath of God is then poured out on the unbelievers....which would explain why Jesus said, unless the time was shortened, no flesh will be saved.
there are 45 days from 1290 and 1335...is it possible that this 45 days are the final woes and the destruction of Babylon and the gathering of all nations to Armegeddon? It certainly would be an intense time....
so there may be two possibilities...
1. we go with the two witnesses while the world watches and then the full wrath of God comes for 45 days....
2.we don't go with the two witnesses but we witness the full wrath without being affected by it for this time period...
just thinking...
