He gives insights into Muslim eschatology that are fascinating. Calls for the third temple.

I'd have to say that Islam is a false religion, and though there may be similarities between the Christian eschatology and certain Muslim writings, that nonetheless, it is a false religion, and is therefore, by it's very nature, deception.

Earlier today, I heard someone say that the Lord showed him that many Christians were focusing too much on what Satan was doing and not focusing on what the Lord was doing. I had to ask myself if I was guilty of watching that ol' devil and not keeping my eyes trained on the Lord. Fact is, if my eyes are trained on the Lord, of whom shall I fear?

It doesn't matter to me who said it, or even if the Lord really did show him this....point taken, point well made, and ....imo, it was a good point!!!

I agree, Mark. In fact, the more I learn about islam the more I am convinced it is a Christian cult. It is not just that there are similarities, it's that there are aberrations of true Scripture, twisted to return the Inheritance to Ishmael and Esau. I believe when Scripture speaks of Israel being brought back from the sword, it is speaking of the sword of islam, one of it's major symbols.

What is fascinating about this post is that a Muslim Leader of significant influence is calling for the third temple where all faiths can worship. The AC spirit is already at work, convincing the otherwise hostile Muslims that "tolerance" for folks of faith should rule the day and the folks of faith should unit against what he calls the AC- darwinism and atheism. He poorly twists New Testament verses to build his case.

I am definitely not focusing on the devil, yet I want to be aware of what is going on in the world around me. If you watch to the end you will see that Joel shared the truth of the gospel with him. (Unsuccessfully for now.)
