10 nations, led by Germany's Guido Westerwelle (11 total) have now formed the "Future of Europe Group" and are calling for:

1. A directly elected Commission President with the power to appoint other members of the EU government. This position appears to be a combination of several of the current executive positions... i.e. the EU "Super President".

2. A European Army

3. A European Police

4. A single European Visa

5. Changing of EUs founding treaties through voting rather than unanimity (this is a big one)

This is the result of a project 9-months in the making. 11 foreign ministers (10 + the head Guido Westerwelle) came up with the plan:

Lion - Great Britain / UK - This has been her symbol.
Eagle - U.S.A. - "wings were plucked" "and made to stand on two feet like a man" - separate from the U.K. and now independent
Bear - Russia

A spokesperson for Fox News confirmed the cable channel has no plans to air the movie.

“The reports of the movie appearing on Fox before the election are completely untrue, and we strongly suspect that they are the result of dirty tricks by our opponents who spread this rumor in order to confuse the general public and keep them from going to their local theaters," said D’Souza.

So technically... it's not 10 led by one
(of their own)
it's eleven led by one of the eleven...

Therefore it would not qualify as the beast empire.
(As the little horn will arise out of ten larger horns)
This eleven has already been nations (or kingdoms)
which would also in a sense not qualify them
for the prophecy where 10 receive authority
as kings for one hour, and then give
their authority over to the beast.

I have a feeling that the ten kings
will arise out of a newly formed Islamic coalition
and within one hours time, they will be crowned as kings
and swiftly transfer their whole authority over to one man.
He will full accept the position as emperor of this new empire
and within the span of 3 and 1/2 years move towards
seeing and expressing himself as god.
