It's been moved before. So arguments are made about Rc666, but we can't reference the doc becasue it can't be found.

One time (about a year ago, maybe longer), Herb made a post about how there was to be "new life breathed into the EU" (something along those lines). Shortly after Herb made the post, the source had been edited and it didn't say that anymore.

\Does anyone have a copy of the BBC report from 2007 where Solana is described as being a student of War battles,a collector of guns and havingt the habits of a monk? That too has seemed to dissapear.
