If the Lisbon Treaty Fails

Dear Farmer,

In the event ratification of the Lisbon Treaty fails, do you believe the EU would be able to continue indefinitely (by perhaps renewing, and/or extending, previous treaties by which they have operated thus far).

Yes very, very insightful indeed, still I do not think he has the full picture.
