I thought I'd start a section for youtube videos. Randomness...sermons, music videos, silliness, or good entime stuff. So, here's my first pick, which I think is MORE than appropriate...

Enjoy! It's one of my favorites of his!

This is SUCH a beautiful song!!!

One Day

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WRmBChQjZPs

Matisyahu - American Hasidic Jewish reggae musician.

In the last days
the mountain of the LORD's temple will be established
as chief among the mountains;
it will be raised above the hills,
and all nations will stream to it.

Many peoples will come and say,
"Come, let us go up to the mountain of the LORD,
to the house of the God of Jacob.
He will teach us his ways,
so that we may walk in his paths."
The law will go out from Zion,
the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.

He will judge between the nations
and will settle disputes for many peoples.
They will beat their swords into plowshares
and their spears into pruning hooks.
Nation will not take up sword against nation,
nor will they train for war anymore.

Come, O house of Jacob,
let us walk in the light of the LORD.

Isaiah 2:2-5
Standfast therefore in the Liberty which Christ has made you free
and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.

You said we could post anything, so here is a short video of two of my foster dogs walking. These dogs were kept in cages their whole life and used for breeding, so walking is like heaven to them now! (Please excuse my "doggy talk").

ADORABLE! How cute those two are! Hope you're enjoying them. We have a new puppy that we found in the middle of a dark road at 1130 in the evening...we thought it was a shoe but weren't sure, so we slowed down to see and heard it yelping and crying out. We stopped, picked it up, got it food, took it to the vet and now....he is a part of our family. He was a tiny little thing 2 weeks ago when we got him, but he is growing pretty fast. Vet says he is an Akita...they get really big, so he won't be our "little puppy" for long....but he is a joy!~

2 Timothy 2:24a..And the servant of the Lord must not strive ...
The meaning is, that the servant of Christ should be a man of peace. He should not indulge in the feelings which commonly give rise to contention, and which commonly characterize it. He should not struggle for mere victory, even when endeavoring to maintain truth; but should do this, in all cases, with a kind spirit, and a mild temper; with entire candor; with nothing designed to provoke and irritate an adversary; and so that, whatever may be the result of the discussion, "the bond of peace" may, if possible, be preserved.

Revival Hymn

This is one of my all time favorite videos. To accompany it is the sermon by Paris Reidhead called "Ten Sheckels and a shirt". Very powerful!

Faithful is the saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.
