Praise the Lord for Baby Steps

Today was an awesome day. After years of trying to gently tell my family the good news, praying and entreating the Lord, and shedding an ocean of tears, my "little" sister seems to be taking her very first baby steps in a walk with Christ. Today, for the first time, she's been asking questions. She's not only asking questions, she's grateful for the answers!

It was perhaps only two years ago she screamed at me the words, "I DON'T CARE WHAT JESUS SAYS!!!" I can still hear those words and feel her rage. She didn't talk to me for over a year after that. And now look! She's asking questions!!! There are no words to express my hope and joy. This is so huge, so wonderful! Our God is such an AWESOME GOD!!!

I Praise the Lord for turning her heart.
I Praise the Lord for helping me to find the answers to her questions.
I Praise the Lord for helping me to word them just right, for her ears.
I Praise the Lord for answering my prayers.

I Pray the Lord continues to help her go from baby steps to full bore running!
