brother

Postby zeliot on Thu Jul 14, 2005 2:24 pm

I need prayers for my brother over the last few well 4 or 5 years he's really lost his marbles. he has pushed us all to our limits and isnt welcome in anyones house due to his violent and angry behaivor. He decided not to show up to my grandmothers funeral he new when and where but chose to just not call no nothing. Well he was suppost to be a pall bearer. He calls 3 days later and needless to say my dad was not to thrilled. and lost it on him. I cant say I blame my father with everything else my brother has put us through. But I ask for prayers that he comes around and we can once again have peace in our family. And that those who have been hurt by him can find forgiveness in there hearts for my brother.
Never turn your back on him . He may need to hear the precious words of God that you have waiting for him.

Remember to turn the other cheek a million times.

Be strong and firm but loving.

Never be a door mat but a soft shoulder to fall to.

Will keep your brother in prayer that he may find the peace that only God can give him..

Remember people who are acting out are hurting too.

Take care
With love
Thanks guys. He is now living with my grandparents on my mothers side of the family. He is no longer welcome in his girlfriends house either there still dating tho go figure.. My biggest fear is his self destructive behaivoir destroying all ties with his long time friends and family. I'm not sure whats causeing him to behave like this. I'm worried he will push even these grandparents out and then be left with no one to lean on in his time of need and will be alone and then who knows where that could lead. As much as he has driven me and everyone else nuts and as angry as we are about what he has done to everyone we are all eagerly waiting with open arms for him to come around and come home but I guess time will tell.
