Please pray for Curtis

Dear fellow believers in Christ,
Today I was working with a fellow named Curtis.

He invited me to ogle a lady. I laughed in a friendly manner and said, "You have the demon of lust my friend." He laughed back. "Are you kidding me?" No I wasn't, I said. He then admitted that he had a problem with women. We all do, I said, and affirmed that it is the demon of lust, an evil spirit that men invite into their lives.

I told him about Samson, and said that here was a man who let the demon of lust destroy him.

His curiosity is aroused.

Please pray for me that I share with this man the gospel of our Lord Messiah Jesus. Help me to stay clear of the "man-centered gospel" that does not create godly sorrow. Please pray that God will convict of his sin so that he will have a conversion born out of godly sorrow. "For it is the goodness of God that leadeth to repentance." Please pray that I will stay out of the way and let the Holy Spirit lead. Please pray that I will not be worldly but be a true testimony to our Lord Messiah Jesus.

Thank you for your prayers.

In Y'shua's Love
Respectfully
Johnny

We are praying for Curtis.

Luke 15:1-7

The Parable of the Lost Sheep

1Now the tax collectors and "sinners" were all gathering around to hear him. 2But the Pharisees and the teachers of the law muttered, "This man welcomes sinners and eats with them."
3Then Jesus told them this parable: 4"Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Does he not leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it? 5And when he finds it, he joyfully puts it on his shoulders 6and goes home. Then he calls his friends and neighbors together and says, 'Rejoice with me; I have found my lost sheep.' 7I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent.

We have all been lost sheep at one time.

Dear folks
Keep praying.

The Lord did not allow me to talk to Curtis, so I believe the Holy Spirit is at work.

The real work is done on our knees.

God bless you all!

Respectfully
