400 years of apocryphal nonsense (the silence of God which is just as inspired as His voice) preceded the first coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. It could be that 400 years of preaching (the of the final purification of the word of God-the AV 1611 King James Bible will precede the Second Advent of Jesus Christ. See how it works out 1611+400=2011. Check that out. The Tribulation is 7 years long so that means the rapture is indeed imminent if the Revelation of Jesus Christ to His enemies at Armageddon will transpire in 2011. It would not surprise me if the rapture occurred this year and an unknown interval of time (perhaps one year because 2004-2005 is when the roadmap ends with a final solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict) passed then the covenant is confirmed with many for 1 week. Our calendar is off by about 4 years so 2004 is the real year 2000-2000 years since the birth of Christ is dated at 4 B.C. Hosea 2:2 says After two days (2000 years) will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight." Interesting because the roadmap ends next year 2005, one year after the 2000th year-the beginning of the third day. The church will not be present when this covenant is confirmed by the prince that shall come. The church is the body of Christ-the Lord Jesus rose from the dead on the third day-His body the church is going to follow suit after two days (2000 years of New Testament church history) the Lord Jesus will take his church-bride to heaven and then He will deal with His brethren (the Jews-Israel) during Daniel's Seventieth Week. We are indeed the generation of Christians that shall not see physical death-for the Lord Jesus will return.
My uncle told me about this and I read about it in a commentary on the Gospel of John. The rapture indeed will not occur in the manner most people think. Read 1 Thess. 4:15-18 15: For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.
16: For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
17: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
18: Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

Now brethren why do you suppose Paul emphasizes the fact that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep? That means the dead in Christ are going to rise before us. and the dead in Christ shall rise first-it is indicated twice to make sure we get it. Read Matthew 27:52-53 52: And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose,
53: And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many.
Now brethren what happened to these saints? There are two possible conclusions. 1) this saints lived and died again. or 2) they were raptured to meet the Lord Jesus in the air at His ascension. Number 2 makes perfect sense right? How many days did these saints appear unto many. The Lord Jesus taught for forty days after His resurrection so there's the answer. That's the Biblical precedent that shows how the rapture of the New Testament church saints will occur. The dead in Christ are going to rise first-that will herald the beginning of the rapture. This is the last day that Martha referred to in John 11:24-the last day of the church age-age of grace. This is consistent with imminency because we don't know what day or hour this will occur. Imagine seeing our saved loved ones in Christ who were dead in their glorified resurrection bodies and 40 days later being changed in a moment in the twinkling of an eye! the bodies they will have will be the kind of bodies we will get 40 days later then after 40 days we will which are alive and remain shall be caught together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. Even on that 40th day we will not know the hour he will come to change our vile body that it may be fashioned like unto His glorious body. Is the time and season for the rapture revealed in Scripture you better believe it-it is the springtime of Israel. Song of Solomon 2:11-13 says
11: For, lo, the winter is past, the rain is over and gone;
12: The flowers appear on the earth; the time of the singing of birds is come, and the voice of the turtle is heard in our land;
13: The fig tree putteth forth her green figs, and the vines with the tender grape give a good smell. Arise, my love, my fair one, and come away
Song of Solomon is about physical love but the spiritual application is it is Christ's love for His church-His bride. Solomon's bride is a Gentile bride-it typifies the bride of Christ for it consists of saved Jews and saved Gentiles On a certain feast day of Pentecost the Holy Spirit descended-it may be that on a future day of Pentecost perhaps the one this year in late May the Holy Spirit will leave and as a result all whom He indwells-every born again Christian. It could be that the dead in Christ will rise and walk the earth for 40 days appearing to their loved ones and many others then on the Jewish feast day of Pentecost our gathering together unto the Lord Jesus Christ will occur. The feast day of Pentecost is seen as the "birthday" of the church so since our calendar is about 4 years off-this upcoming Pentecost will be the 2000th one. Another time to look is the Feast of Tabernacles which is a feast that concludes with solemn assembly at the end (the rapture is an assembly of the Christians in the air to meet Jesus Christ face to face) That feast falls in September-October which is interesting as well because is Solana term's supposed to end at about that time? I read that it is possible that the dead in Christ will resurrect on the first day of the feast and the living believers will be changed on the last day of the feast. There is nothing wrong with watching. I'm not setting dates and I could be completely wrong but as I said-It is just a theory. What do you think brethren? God bless and let's be about our Father's business Amen? AMEN! Let's get real like Brother Herb said.
