I saw an article concerning the big 3 that had this ...<br>

The "without even bothering to tell him" caught my eye. It looks like some of the press in Europe thinks he is or should be in charge.<br>

I don't think at this moment it could be the big 3. These 3 are the core of the 10-nation WEU military wing. Britain and France have permant seats on the Security Council. And Germany has by far the largest population in the EU.<br>

Either it will be a different group of 3, or it will happen at some future time when they're not so needed.<br>
<br>
Also, the subduing may just be the replacement of 3 leaders more in agreement to what the AC wants.<br>

I don't know why, but I always had the impression that 'horns' in this context might have meant 'mouthpieces' (In their respective orchestras God has Trumpets, and Satan has Horns, so to speak). So I wonder if there is an interpretation that places the AC within the field of the media: I'm just mindful of this field where powerful men wield mighty mouthpieces: Rupert Murdoch, Ted Turner, and the like.. <br>
