Concentration Camps, Boxcars and Guillotines.

This may sound like a bizarre question, but on the Internet, for the last couple of months, I have come across sites warning us about so called concentration camps in America that have been constructed for an upcoming martial law. These sites say that boxcars with shackles inside have been built that will transport Christians and other enemies of the New World Order to these camps. There is also mention of guillotines being imported into America as well. Has anyone else seen these sites and what is your opinion of them? 
Should they be taken seriously or is it just more conspiracy nonsense?

billy, 
I have seen these sites for some time now and have good christian friends who believe this is real. IMHO, I have a hard time believing this is real right now. 
perhaps these are left overs from ww2 when they incarcerated the japanese on US soil out of fear. As for guilotines...I have seen pics but I tend to think this is fabrication and putting unrelated stories together to create a whole out whole cloth. 
I don't think our country and it's government is at that place just yet...imo, it is more conspiracy stuff. 
I read it just to see what is being said, but I wouldn't bet my lunch on it. All these horrible things will take place when the AC and FP come.... 
Pray for discernment, God is faithful and His Spirit is to teach us all things.

Hi...just curious, have I seen you over on RR? Either way welcome to our neck of the woods! I will look over these links...I probably have some of them in my bookmarks already. Personally I do believe that they are here. I have read over the years many interesting articles and have seen quite a few photos of these places. Sad, isn't it? And, yes, I used to go to RR but got tired of the "bad attitude" if you didn't follow the pack with every point of view. I ended up getting banned because my wife asked some questions and they thought she was not being serious and ridiculed her. I went off on Christine and got banned...

I was doing some reading about the camps. I live in Illinois and I am thinking about taking a drive to Rantoul to check this out. If I find anything of concern, I'll take some pics and post them here.

I drove up to Rantoul, Il. today to check out claims of a possible construction of some type of civilian detainment facility in and around the closed Chanute AFB. Also visited an uncle in Champaign on the way back. Most of the base is commercially and privately owned with housing projects, some light industry, a restaurant, etc. While I circled the base, I saw a few interesting things, mainly to the south. A large area was fenced off with inward facing barbed wire on top with signs saying "Area of environmental concern." This fence looked very old though. Within the area I observed a large top of an underground structure but couldn't make anything of it. To the north, in this same restricted area I saw what looked like a new portable habitat or something to that nature. The newly built fence surrounds the airstrip but lacks any barbed wire. Didn't see any guard towers or military presence. In my conclusion, I see no signs of a containment camp. I may visit marsielles in the future. I had a nice visit with my uncle though. Maybe some others here can investigate suspected sites in and around their locations. I urge caution and obedience to the law when doing so.

Why the sour critcism Ives? There are several sites pertaining to this issue. I was going to my uncle's anyway and thought I'd drive the x-tra 15 miles and check out Rantoul. It's all public access roads anyway. No harm done whatsoever. I do believe these claims are worth keeping an eye on. Sorry we gave you the wrong impression. Anyone one else on this?

A little harsh there Ives aren't you? I don't think anyone was trying to start a conspiracy theory thread. These places are of interest to me only because I think that they will be used during the end times, not now. Here's one that will get you going...I think that perhaps all of these huge football, and baseball stadiums will be used as a place for public executions during the last days. How's that for whacked out! ?! I think that it will be a form of entertainment or public lessons for all to see.

I used to be a contributing member of the "Prophecy News Watch" board. At first the majority of us were discussing prophecy, biblical themes, quoting scripture, and other things one would expect on a prophecy discussion board. Then came a group posting conspiracy theory links, talking about having visions and revelations, Bush bashing, America bashing, Catholic bashing, Catholics bashing back, no more scripture quoting or usage, until it was no longer tolerable. 
 
I occasionally read what would be considered conspiracy theories but I would like to participate in a prophecy board that discusses prophecy and scripture. If this board wants to allow such discussion then there should be a special section for that purpose but not in the "Prophecy Questions/Answers" section. On the other hand - I have seen how it can get completely out of control, but if that is what Herb Peters wants then I will either put up with it or look elsewhere.

I for one have never paid much mind to conspiracy theories. Also, I think most here agree that we won't tolerate "Bashing". Herb also posted this on his web page and warned about removing this forum if it continues. I consider the term "Crackpot" as bashing. The last few years of world events has really opened my eyes to biblical prophecy. Today's events directly relate to end-time prophecy in a very profound way. As for the placement of this particular subject, yes I do think it is in the correct forum. Christian persecution is on the rise. This was especially evident during the recent Christmas holidays. Scripture clearly indicates this trend will increase throughout the world to the point of executing believers in Christ. So yes, suspected indications of prison camps in America do raise questions in this forum. I'm surely not implying that I readily believe these claims, but I do think they deserve moderate attention in light of these trends. Especially when a large number of different web sites claim the same thing. This board was created in part to discuss current developments in the E.U. relative to biblical prophecy. Alot of things are happening now that are getting hard to deny unless one is afflicted with the ostrich syndrome. Therefore, these fall in step with the deception of the masses. There is a big difference between being a paranoid crackpot and an alert christian. If you are one who denies any link between current events and biblical scripture, maybe this isn't your area. In the mean time, please show some consideration. I think you may find this board unique from the ones of your prior experience.

Don't go elsewhere yet. I've been on a board like you are describing...this one is so new and I think we are all still in the process of trying to figure each others personalities out. It is sometimes hard to know what is behind the words that are typed....that's why I use lots of smilies. They give you a way to show how you meant your words to be taken...nice, angry, bothered, etc. 
 
I agree with you that I don't want to get into the same old same old predictable board nonsense that makes otherwise nice people down right ugly. I am sure that some of my views on politics would not be appreciated by some here...that is why I am going to do my best to bite my tongue...it is not worth the bickering. (I do the same with my hubby, we pretty much agree to just not discuss it or we will drive each other crazy <img src="http://www.click-smilies.de/sammlung0903/sprachlos/speechless-smiley-015.gif"/>) 
I think we are all coming from stale boards and are pretty level headed as to what is crossing the line. If someone does cross the line Herb and Mrs. H. are there to keep us in line (hopefully in a nice way.<img src="http://www.click-smilies.de/sammlung0903/aetsch/cheeky-smiley-035.gif"/> ). 
 
So with that, please allow us the opportunity to learn from you and see what you can learn from us. I know that I'm not here on an agenda...I am here to learn!
