Obamacare Mandate: Sterilize 15-Year-Old Girls for Free--Without Parental Consent
(CNSNews.com) - Thanks to an Obamacare regulation that took effect on Aug. 1, health care plans in Oregon will now be required to provide free sterilizations to 15- year-old girls even if the parents of those girls do not consent to the procedure.

Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius finalized the regulation earlier this year.

Great. If they want to take over my parental rights, wonder if they'll start sending me a paycheck for the rest of her care!......this is an Obamanation!!!

from the article it looks like Oregon already took claim to the 15 and up crowd. Funny how when it comes to everything except the funding of kids college education and drinking beer, the government encroaches on parents rights. But somehow if a 20 year old wants a loan for college, even if she was living on her on own, has a child or two, mom and dad are somehow legally obligated to sign or co-sign. And if poor mom and dad just don't have the money or the good credit, daughter is out of luck and cannot be on her own even though she has proven herself by her very situation. gotta be over 24 years old to get your own college funding.
