TBN and the UN — What Holly Thinks

The Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) has teamed up with the United Nations — through the Smile of a Child organization started by TBN’s cofounder Jan Crouch. Its partnership with the UN should be a wake-up call to Christians that the great apostasy is gaining ground.

Smile of a Child recently joined more than 3,000 non-governmental humanitarian organizations that have applied for and received “consultative status” with the UN. See its membership listing here (type “Smile of a Child” in the upper right search box). Since then, TBN — a global Christian television network reaching millions of viewers — has proudly announced the partnership during its programming. Yet, the fact that TBN is boasting about the partnership shows how far Christians have moved away from knowing the Bible prophecies. Only a few short decades ago, most evangelicals understood that the UN will play a key role in creating the Antichrist’s global government.

But, today, most evangelicals don’t know end-time prophecies, let alone understand how the UN is fulfilling them. So, TBN can join forces with the UN and few Christians will bat an eye. Yes, the great apostasy is well underway.
