Healing evangelist Todd Bentley credits the revival to the presence of an angel who he believes empowered the healing ministry of William Branham — a controversial “prophet” of the 1940s who denied the Trinity and promoted other heretical teachings.

Germany became the 14th EU Member State to ratify the Lisbon Treaty, Friday, when the upper house of its Parliament passed it by an overwhelming majority. Now, over half of the 27 Member States have ratified the treaty.
