In my last commentary, I mentioned something President Bush said at his recent press conference. Bush said before 9/11 America wasn’t on a war footing. But, America’s enemies were. And if you recall, I compared what he said about America to us Christians. I said we no longer are on a war footing, but our enemies are.

Sometimes we students of Bible prophecy can be like people watching a tennis match. One moment we’re looking in one direction, the next we’re looking in another direction. And I confess, I do it, too.

Each time I sit to write I do it with the realization I could be wrong. It’s not because of the many e-mails I get telling me I’m wrong. And it’s not because I don’t believe what I have to say. It’s just because I’m human and, like so many other students of Bible prophecy before me, I too could end up being wrong.
